Shipping Questions
 
How long will it take for my order to ship? 
Orders can take between 1 to 4 business days to ship for the US.
 
How much will I be charged for shipping?
The best way to calculate shipping is to add the items to your cart and click "checkout", from there you can fill out your shipping information and the postage charges will show up for you to choose from. You can do this without completing the order.
 
What are my shipping options?
All orders are shipped through USPS.
For domestic orders we have: 1st Class, Priority, Parcel Post and Express.
For international orders we have: 1st Class, Priority and International Express.
 
Will choosing Priority or Express speed up the processing of my order?
No. Choosing Priority or Express does not change the time that it take us to manufacturing the product(s). It only affects the time that it will take shipping your product to its destination.
 
 
Will you mark the value on my package as lower than what I paid?
No. We will not mark any package at a lower value. If you would like your order split up into two or three separate shipments to avoid import taxes/fees, we will do that but it may cost a little extra in shipping charges.
 
I live outside of the USA, when will I receive my package?
On average, it takes 1st Class packages between 2-4 weeks to reach our international customers with Russia being the exception at 6 weeks.
 
 
Tracking
 
Will I receive a tracking number? If so, when?
Yes. All packages have tracking numbers. You will receive one in an automatic email by 5 PM PST on the day that it has been shipped as long as an email address has been provided and it is correct. 
 
I received my tracking number but my international package seems to be "stuck" in Los Angeles, CA. What can I do?
International orders shipped with USPS 1st Class International are only tracked within the United States. Once a package leaves the USA, the tracking is no longer updated. This is why your package seems to be stuck in LA (or perhaps another main city, such as Seattle, WA or Spokane, WA), it most likely departed the country through that sorting facility. Rest assured, your order is still on its way. 
 
 
 
Lost Packages
 
It's been over 6 weeks and no sign of the package. Can I have it reshipped or get a refund?
T-Bone Racing may reship a package if it falls under our reshipping policy. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.
 
 
 
Order and Refund Questions
 
I received my order but it seems incomplete or I think I received the wrong items. What should I do?
Please email us right away (sales@tboneracing.net). Please include your name and order number.
If you think you may have received the wrong items, please include a picture of what you did receive so we can ascertain how best to proceed.
 
Can I cancel my order?
Email or call us right away, if the order has not been shipped we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has been shipped you will be able to send it in for a refund minus shipping.
 
Can I return an item for a refund?
If the item has not been used it can be returned for a partial refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and the refund will not include original shipping charges. For more information on returns, please visit our Return Policy on our Policies page.
 
My order hasn't been shipped yet, can I make changes to it?
If you paid with Paypal and your order hasn't been shipped, you may make changes to it. This may include exchanging an item for another of lesser, more or same value; adding an item; deleting an item; changing shipping options.
You will receive a refund or Paypal money request for the difference, as applicable.
If you paid with a credit card your order will be canceled, you will receive a refund and you will then be able to make a new order with the desirable changes.

Warranties
 
My bumper broke, is it under warranty?
Most of our bumpers are backed by a lifetime warranty! Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full information on making a warranty claim.
 
I lost my bumper, is it under warranty?
No. We do not replace lost or thrown-away bumpers.
 
My bumper broke, can I get it replaced with a different style?
No. We replace what was broken.
