Shipping Policy


T-Bone Racing Policies

Domestic Shipping Policy
All T-Bone Racing brand items are manufactured after receipt of order in shop, because of this orders can take between 3 to 7 business days to be shipped. If an item is in stock it will usually be shipped 1 to 2 days after receipt.
All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please note: Choosing "Priority" or "Express" as a shipping option will not in any way speed up the processing or manufacturing time of your order.
Domestic Reshipping Policy
All domestic packages come with tracking numbers sent to the customers provided e-mail. If for some reason the package has not been delivered or you did not get a tracking number please contact our Customer Service to see what can be done about reshipping your package.
Please note: We may request a few days of waiting time to see if the package was simply delayed.
International Shipping Policy

All T-Bone Racing brand items are hand manufactured in shop, because of this orders can take between 3 to 7 business days to be shipped. If an item is in stock it will usually be shipped 1 to 2 days after receipt.
  • All international mail will not be tracked after leaving the US.
  • Any international package may be subject to customs fees/import taxes. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their country's import laws and pay any and all import taxes or custom fees. T-Bone Racing is not responsible for these fees.
  • International packages take an average of 2 to 4 weeks to reach their destination.

International Reshipping Policy
In some cases international orders can take up to 6 weeks to reach their destinations.
Due to this if after 6 weeks from the original shipment date the item(s) has not been delivered, we will reship the order free of charge First Class. Packages will be reshipped via USPS First Class mail regardless of the original shipping method. If you would like your reshipped package upgraded to Priority or Express mail you will be asked to pay the difference.
  • Russian reshipping time is 8 weeks. This is due to orders going to Russia that have taken 8 weeks and sometimes more to reach there destination.
Returned Packages
In some cases a package may not be picked up at the post office and will be returned to T-Bone Racing marked "not called for" or "unclaimed". T-Bone Racing will certainly reship these packages to the buyer but will request the buyer cover the shipping costs. If the package is received after 60 days of the purchase date no refund will be made. If the customer does not respond after being notified (via email) of the returned package the order will be considered on-hold until further communication from the buyer. 
Return Policy
If you are in anyway unhappy with your item(s) you may return them for a refund. Please contact our customer service for more information.
  • The item(s) must be unused and returned with all original hardware and packaging.
  • The item(s) must be received by T-Bone Racing within 60 days of the original order date in order to receive a refund.
  • Once the item(s) is/are received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Warranty Policy

T-Bone Racing has an outstanding unlimited lifetime warranty program!
If you break a T-Bone part, we will replace it!
This program covers all Nylon products, most delrin products, skids with bends in them, braces, T-bars and manufactured hardware. We will not replace wheels, hardware, flat skids, or lost items. If you're unsure if your item(s) qualifies for a replacement, no problem, simply send us a photo and we'll let you know.
Please note:
  • In cases in which a customer alters the original design of a product and/or mounts the product in a way in which it was not designed for, the lifetime warranty will be considered void unless otherwise determined by T-Bone Racing.
  • You cannot exchange a warranty replacement in exchange for in store credit, cash or the like.
  • T-Bone Racing will not send a different style bumper in place of another style that has broken. (IE, you would like a Thrasher to replace the Basher you just broke.)
  • If you happen to break an older style brace or bumper it will be replaced with the upgraded version unless the older version is available. (IE, you have a Vorza Basher that broke and we happen to have updated it, you will receive the upgraded Vorza Basher.)
  • An order may not be added to a warranty in order to receive a discount on shipping. The warranty will be shipped free of charge but if you would like to place another order to ship with it you will be charged full shipping for that order.
Our warranty process is as follows:
1.)  Email 1 (one) picture of your broken piece(s) with your name, address and your original order date or number to:
2.)  Be specific about make and model and/or include the UPC number, this will help the warranty claim run more smoothly. (Please remember to show all damaged or broken pieces in the picture)
3.) If requesting multiple warranty replacements please send 1 (one) picture showing all parts.
4.)  Please do not send a photo of a previously broken bumper. If you break a replacement you must send us an updated photo of the currently broken bumper. 
5.)  Our sales department will then process the paperwork for your replacement and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Warranties do not cover the following items:

  • Delrin flat skids
  • T-Bar wheels, tires
  • Mounting screws or nuts
  • Modified product that results in breakage
  • Worn down parts (no breakage)
  • T-caps
