Shipping & Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Only completely unused and unmounted parts are eligible for returns.

Used and or broken parts cannot be sent back for a return and refund, eligible broken parts can be sent back for a warranty. 

T-Bone Racing can send a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns.

Domestic Shipping Policy
T-Bone Racing is a small family owned operation and many parts are made to order. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be manufactured. 
  
 
International Shipping Policy
  • All USPS First Class International mail will not be tracked after leaving the US.
  • Any international package may be subject to customs fees/import taxes. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their country's import laws and pay any and all import taxes or custom fees. T-Bone Racing is not responsible for these fees.

We highly suggest selecting a FedEx shipping method for International orders to insure prompt and accurate delivery. 


International Reshipping Policy
In some cases USPS first class international shipping can take up to 6 weeks to reach their destinations.
Due to this if after 6 weeks from the original shipment date the item(s) has not been delivered, we will reship the order free of charge First Class. Packages will be reshipped via USPS First Class mail regardless of the original shipping method. If you would like your reshipped package upgraded to Priority or Express mail you will be asked to pay the difference.
 To avoid this type of delay please select either a FedEx shipping method or USPS Priority Express.
Returned Packages
In some cases a package may not be picked up at the post office and will be returned to T-Bone Racing marked "not called for" or "unclaimed". T-Bone Racing will certainly reship these packages to the buyer but will request the buyer cover the shipping costs. If the package is received after 60 days of the purchase date no refund will be made. If the customer does not respond after being notified (via email) of the returned package the order will be considered on-hold until further communication from the buyer.
